Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ Ashe Releases New Song “Shower With My Clothes On”
American singer-songwriter Ashe released the fourth single called “Shower With My Clothes On” from her upcoming sophomore album “Rae” on July 29, 2022, following “Another Man's Jeans”, “Hope You're Not Happy” and “Angry Woman”.
She first teased the song on Instagram last October.
The track was written by Ashlyn Willson, John Ryan II, Andrew Haas and Ian Franzino.
The accompanying music video was directed by Jason Lester.
Ashe said of the song, “'Shower With My Clothes On' is what my head feels like when it’s spinning; out of control anxiety and the world feeling like it’s closing in on you. It’s about remembering those last few moments in a relationship when you’re hopelessly hanging on but know you have to let go.”- The new album is set to be released on October 14, 2022. She said of the album, “Rae is grounded in confidence, sexual freedom, excitement, and liberation"
She announced her debut tour “It Me Or Is It Hot” of Australia and New Zealand. The tour kicks off at Powerstation in Auckland, New Zealand on November 4, 2022.
