Lola Young Releases New Song “SPIDERS”
British singer-songwriter Lola Young released a new song “SPIDERS” on September 5, 2025.
The song is the fourth single off of her upcoming third studio album “I'm Only F**king Myself”, which is set to be released on September 19, 2025.
She first performed the song at Coachella Festival 2025 at Empire Polo Club in California back in April.
The track was written by Jared Solomon, Lola Young, and William Brown, and produced by Solomonophonic and manuka, as with the previous song “d£aler”, which was released in July 2025.
Lola Young said of the song, “This song is my favourite from my next album, it's also, in my opinion, one of the most special songs i've ever written. It encompasses all the pain and fear i have ever felt towards myself, and it's about wanting someone to love me beyond all of that. Sometimes you want to kill what you're most scared of in life, but when you actually face up to it, it's really not as scary as you thought it would be.”
She told ELLE about the song, “It always does something to me – emotionally, lyrically, melodically.”- The new album comprises 14 tracks, on which, she worked with her longtime collaborators Manuka and Solomonophonic. She wrote most of it in Paris over six months.
