Mariah Carey Announces New Album “Here For It All”, Shares New Song “Sugar Sweet” featuring Shenseea & Kehlani
American singer-songwriter Mariah Carey has announced her upcoming sixteenth studio album “Here For It All” will be released on September 26, 2025 via her own label Mariah and Gamma.
It is her first album in seven years since the 2018 album “Caution” and comprises 11 tracks.
Mariah Carey told Zane Lowe of Apple Music 1 about the album, “The album coming out. I don't wanna tell too much about it because I just don't want to reveal the whole thing. It's finished. We got some Mariah ballads.”
She also explained why it took so long to make the album in an interview on Jimmy Kimmel Live, “I was just getting it together. I was I would make like four songs and then be like 'We could start making album now.' And then I would never do it. And then I got up to like 10 songs and we were basically ready with an album.”
From the album, she released a new song “Sugar Sweet” on July 25, 2025.
The song is the second single off of the album, following “Type Dangerous”, which was released last month.
On the track, she teamed up with Jamaican singer-songwriter Shenseea and American singer-songwriter Kehlani.
The track was written by Bernard Harvey, Chinsea Linda Lee, Darius Scott Dixson, Donny Flores, Felisha King Harvey, Kehlani Parrish. Mariah Carey, and Mikhail Wesley Miller. Produced by Mariah Carey and HARV.
