Pinwheel Valley Releases New Song “Someway”
International alt-rock band Pinwheel Valley, consisting of Qais Khoury (vocals/guitar), Stephanos Marangos (guitar), Max Daniels (bass), and Stefanos Meletiou (drums) or Phrangiskos Petrisis (drums), released their brand new song “Someway” on August 29, 2025 via Hot Soap Records.
The song is the follow-up to “Werewolf”, which was back in June.
Sonically, the track features a soft indie-folk sound with intimate acoustic guitar, airy atmospherics, and minimal percussion. Lyrically, the song reflects a primal human need in the fractured isolation of modernity.
It was and produced by Qais Khoury.
The band frontman Qais Khoury said of the song, “I wrote 'Someway' as a tender plea, woven with threads of hope and longing. It reflects the ache of separation (be it physical, emotional, or spiritual) and the deep yearning for reconnection. In an age defined by instant, hypermodern communication, I found myself gazing out to sea, inspired by a bygone era when messages in bottles carried words of love across vast, uncertain distances. The song captures that sense of remoteness, and the fragility of faith in a bond that may still endure.
