Victoria Staff Releases New Song “Love Should Feel”
Toronto-based singer-songwriter Victoria Staff released a new song “Love Should Feel” on September 19, 2025.
The song arrived alongside her second organic social campaign “30 Days to Launch”.
This time, she is diving into conversations about dating advice, love, and finding people who bring joy into your life. Victoria Staff said, “For 30 days, I'm convincing you to dump him, because love is not supposed to be that difficult.”
The song is the follow-up to “I Still Think You Might”, which was released back in June.
It was written by Victoria Stafford and produced by Will Crann.
Victoria Staff said of the song, “This song is special to me because there are no bad memories tied to it. From writing to recording to releasing, it's been easy, and that's exactly how love should feel.”
She continued, “For a long time, I thought love was something that was supposed to be difficult. It was supposed to be chased and fought for. Turns out, it's supposed to be easy. 'Love Should Feel' is about just basking in how simple good love is.”- Victoria Staff said of the single cover artwork, “We had about 75 sunflowers, but the stems were too heavy and started sinking, so we were frantically cutting them down in the boat. Every time I jumped off, the boat moved, the flowers scattered, and we had to rearrange them again. Then the seagulls started circling, thinking they were food. And all of this was on film so we didn't even know if we had the shot until we got home.”
