Porcelain Moon Drops New Music Video for “Not Giving You Up”
Cape Town-based indie pop duo Porcelain Moon, formerly Emerger, consisting of Emma Goode (vocals/piano) and Gerry Matthee (producer/multi-instrumentalist), dropped a new music video for “Not Giving You Up” on August 14, 2025.
The song was released last month, following “Sugar Rush” and “Wishbone”.
Three songs will appear on their upcoming self-titled debut album, which is set to be released on September 5, 2025.
It was written by Emma de Goede, and Petrus Gerrit Matthee, who also produced the track.
The video was directed by band lead singer Emma Goode and was filmed at their recoding studio.
The duo said of the video, “We love this song so much and now it's all yours! From our little mothership to your screens.”- The debut album comprises 16 tracks, including seven new songs and previously released tracks from the past few years, produced by Gerry Matthee.
The duo said of the album, “This album is about holding on to fragile dreams, love, exploration, heartache and discovery. Every song was a meaningful chapter in our lives, and we can't wait for you to hear them all now as a collective. The title track is probably the magnum opus of the album, and after writing it, was one of the reasons we decided to change our name one year ago.” - source : Apple Music
