Carly Rae Jepsen Announces “Emotion (10th Anniversary Edition)”, Shares New Song “More”
Canadian singer-songwriter Carly Rae Jepsen has announced a 10th anniversary edition of her third studio album “Emotion” will be released on October 17, 2025 via Interscope Records.
The 10th anniversary edition comprises 24 tracks, featuring the original 17 songs (including Digital Deluxe), 4 unreleased songs, “Cut to the Feeling”, two remix of “Run Away with Me”.
“Cut to the Feeling” is the fan-favorite track, but didn't have an album home previously.
The third album “Emotion” was released in 2015 and reached No. 8 on Canadian Albums Chart, No. 16 on the US Billboard 200, and No. 21 on the UK Albums Chart.
From the 10th anniversary edition, she released a new song “More” on August 20, 2025.
The track was written by Arthur Besnainou, Carly Rae Jepsen, and Cj Baran. Produced by Cj Baran and Arthur Besnainou.- She first performed the song during the Emotion anniversary show at West Hollywood's Troubadour on August 19, 2025. It is the same venue where she first performed songs from the record in 2015.
Carly Rae Jepsen said on the stage, “There are also jokes online about whether there would ever be a C-side? In October, we're releasing six bonus tracks, and one comes out tonight. Thank you so much for the love you've shown this record.” -
She shared on social media, “10th anniversary release out 10/17 with 6 new tracks. 4 brand spanking new songs and 2 remixes from my dear friends Kyle Shearer and Rostam Batmanglij who both worked on Emotion w me 10 years ago.”
