Perrie Releases New Song “Cute Aggression”
British singer-songwriter and former Little Mix's member Perrie will release her upcoming self-titled debut solo album on September 26, 2025.
From the album, she released the fourth single called “Cute Aggression” on September 5, 2025, following “If He Wanted To He Would”, “Forget About Us”, and “You Go Your Way”.
She teased the song on social media, “'Surprise! Another little taste of the album before it drops as a thank you for all the 'If He Wanted To He Would' love. 'Cute Aggression' coming Midnight!”
The song explores her intense obsession with her new partner.
It was written by Charlie Martin, Ed Drewitt, Joe Housley, Perrie Edwards, and Sophia Brennan. Produced by The Nocturns.
The debut album “Perrie” comprises 16 tracks. Produced by Alfie Russel, Andrew Goldstein, Colin Brittain, Jon Bellion, Joy Anonymous, MNEK, The Nocturns, Steve Solomon, Tenroc and Tré Jean-Marie.- She recorded the album at her home studio and had pretty much finished the album last year, but reworked it from scratch, keeping only two songs.
Perrie said of the album, “I thought my album was finished, like last year. And then I sat back and I thought, nah... It was one of them. We did that quite a lot in little mix as well. I think you just know in your gut. And you know in your heart, if it's not a hundred percent true and authentic and what you want. And I just kind of took a little bit of time off... went back in the studio, and I just found this new like lease of life I think. just my album's so good.
