David Kushner Releases New Song “Heavens Sirens”
Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter David Kushner released his brand new single “Heavens Sirens” on August 1, 2025.
The song is his first music since the EP “20 Years From Now”, which was released back in February.
Also, it is his first release after he cancelled the remaining dates of his UK and Europe tour due to mental health issues in March 2025.
David Kushner co-wrote the track with producer Rick Nowels.
The accompanying lyric video was directed by Migo Tuazon.
David Kushner said of the song, “The last few months have been rough. I hit a wall in february—mentally and physically while I was on tour, something in me just started to shut down. I felt off. Overwhelmed. Anxious. Like I couldn't catch my breath. I wasn't sleeping. I couldn't focus. I didn't feel like myself and in the middle of everything, I knew I had to stop. So I canceled the rest of the tour. It wasn't an easy choice but it was the right one.”- He continued, “I got help. I slowed down. I sat with things I'd been avoiding for a long time. And somewhere in all of that, this song started forming. It's called heavens sirens and it's out now I've missed creating but honestly... more than that I've missed you and connecting with you all through the music. Thank you for being patient with me. Thank you for still being here. I hope this song hits you the way it hit me.”
