Conan Gray Releases New Song “Vodka Cranberry”
American singer-songwriter Conan Gray released a new song “Vodka Cranberry” on July 11, 2025.
The song is the second single off of his upcoming fourth studio album “Wishbone”, which is set to be released on August 15, 2025.
It was written by Conan Gray, and Daniel Nigro, who also produced the track.
The track reflects on the breakup of a relationship, delving into deep emotions.
The accompanying music video was directed by Danica Kleinknecht, as with the previous video for “This Song” released back in May.
The clip is a continuation of the previous video, featuring American actor Corey Fogelmanis, and was filmed in Texas.
Conan Gray shared on social media, “Wilson and Brando spend the last week of summer together. Shot in my homestate, texas. featuring Corey Fogelmanis. Directed by Danica Kleinknecht. Song written by me, produced by Daniel Nigro. Wishbone summer continues.”- The new album comprises 12 tracks, produced by Dan Nigro, Ethan Gruska, Noah Conrad, Elvira Anderfjärd, and Luka Kloser.
Conan Gray has been writing the songs secret from his friends and label over the past two years.
Conan Gray said of the album, “Over the past two years, I've been secretly writing songs. It became an egregiously niche soundtrack to our own lives in real time, singing just for us. I played the songs to the very first person I'd ever made music with, Daniel Nigro, and I began to record. I didn't know why I was recording, I just was. I didn't know what story I was telling, I was just living in it. Slowly I started to see myself in full picture. The slivers of myself i'd always been, but never faced.
