Eddie Benjamin Teams Up with Shawn Mendes for New Song “HOME”
Los Angeles-based Australian singer-songwriter Eddie Benjamin joined forces with Canadian singer-songwriter Shawn Mendes to release a new song “HOME” on October 10, 2025.
This marks their first collaboration in almost a year since Shawn Mendes' 2024 album “Shawn”, which Eddie Benjaminc co-wrote and co-produced. Also, Eddie Benjamin is currently supporting Shawn Mendes “On the Road Again Tour” as guitarist. The tour will concluded at Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles on October 17, 2025.
The song will appear on his upcoming debut album, which will have its release date announced soon.
It was written by Alex Salibian, Claire Rosinkranz, Eddie Benjamin, and Shawn Mendes. Produced by Eddie Benjamin and Alex Salibian.
The accompanying music video was directed by Mitch deQuilettes.
Eddie Benjamin said of the song, “Creating 'Home' with Shawn was a natural experience. I’m grateful to not only make music with my closest friends, but to do life with them, too.”- The debut album explores relationships, loss, grief, and the need for human connection.
From the album, four songs “HOME”, “DRIVING”, “RUN!”, and “MANIAC” were released, so far.
