  • It's Irrelevant Returns With New Song “I'M VERY FEEL”

  • East London-based pop punk band It's Irrelevant, consisting of Izaak Rushton (vocals), Hakaran Bance (guitar), Chris Penfield (bass) and Shahzad Zaman (drums), returned with a new song “I'M VERY FEEL” on September 17, 2025.

The song is their first music since the EP “Little Lives, Pt. 2”, which was released last December.
The track combines intricate guitar melodies and driving drum grooves with a hugely catchy chorus, fueled by fast punk riffs and vocals that channel raw angst and attitude.
It was written by Christopher Penfield, Harkaran Bance, Izaak Rushton, and Shahzad Zaman.
The accompanying music video was filmed by El Fragotsis.

The band bassist Chris Penfield said of the song, “It's one of the first songs we've written where we all could not stop listening to it when we got the first mix back from the studio. Everything about it fits and flows together so well, as if we planned it. It blends catchy pop-punk riffs and hooks akin to that of Neck Deep & Four Year Strong, with more intricate guitar lines and drum grooves, like something you might hear from instrumental bands such as Plini or Intervals.”
  • He added, “It's simple, but complex, and before you know it the song is over and you want to play it back all over again. For the music video, we wanted something simple with a focus on bright colours that would be eye-catching, to match the pop-punk aesthetic.”

The band will perform the song at LVLs in London on October 24, and at The Holroyd Arms in Guildford on October 25, 2025.
