Gavin James Releases New Song “Storm Warning”
Irish singer-songwriter Gavin James released a new song “Storm Warning” on September 12, 2025.
The song is the fifth and final pre-release single from his upcoming fourth studio album “Goldrush”, which is set too be released on September 19, 2025.
It was written by Gavin James, Gerard O'Connell, Josh Bruce Williams, and Ollie Greene. Produced by Gavin James and Ollie Greene.
Gavin James said of the song, “When recording Storm Warning, I wanted to make it sound like a steam train - after all, it's only two minutes. It's full to the brim with big drums, electrics, horn sections, and a little sprinkle of Springsteen in there too. This one has been a favourite to play live. I feel like it riles everyone up! Probably my favourite from the record.”- The new album comprises 13 tracks, structured in two distinct halves divided by an interlude. The first half is filled with upbeat, high-energy anthems, while the second half features personal, introspective songs.

Gavin James said of the album, “It's an album that I've been writing and producing for the last two years.
