Hannah Jadagu Announces New Album “Describe”, Shares New Song “Doing Now”
American singer-songwriter Hannah Jadagu has announced her upcoming sophomore album “Describe” will be released on October 24, 2025.
It is her first album in two years since the 2023 debut album “Aperture”.
From the album, she released the second single “Doing Now” on August 27, 2025, following “My Love” released back in June.
The track was written and produced by Hannah Jadagu, with production by Sora Lopez.
The accompanying music video was directed by Sam Wilbert and stars Hannah Jadagu as “Le Han” at a local Basketball league match, where her team wins “the big game”.
The album comprises 12 tracks, on which she worked with co-producer Sora Lopez at his studio in Altadena and with producer Max Baby remotely from Paris.
The record was inspired by her complicated romantic relationship in New York, capturing her feelings of tension between wanting connection and pursuing music.- Hannah Jadagu said of the album, “I was feeling love and gratitude, but also guilt about being away for my job. Being a musician requires sacrificing time–And one thing about me, I'm a quality time girlie.”
She continued, “I'm super into artists that are able to mix analog with modern. It was freeing to be able to sit at a synth and drone on one note while I explored my vocals. I found that to be a bit more freeing than playing on a guitar.”
She added, “Made this one with actual family Sora Lopez & Max Baby & we had so much fun with so many new sounds!!!” -
