Artemas told Jack Saunders about the song, “I want to dedicate this one to my fans, because I forgot it existed. And then I think I, like, leaked it a year ago, and then they reminded me, like, a couple months ago. I was like, this is kind of crazy. And I finished it.”
He continued, “It was meant to be two, but I forgot that I had a song coming out on the new FIFA and so it's three now. I actually again, I make so much music that I forget, and it was like a nice reminder. And my manager came up to me was like, 'By the way, we have to put this song out.' So it was a three pack.”- Artemas said of the mixtape, “I've actually had couple months to think about what I want to make, whereas before this, I've just been kind of in a whirl and of tours and and stuff. So this is like, exciting times, If you're an Artemis.”
He added, “Like superstar, it's that I feel like, when you're like, falling for someone. That's how you feel in those first moments. And then, of course, you like, you get to a normal place, but like that first, like, in order to fall in love with someone, you got to have those first, like, obsessive, oh my god, this person is great.” - source : BBC Radio 1
