Absolutely Releases New Song “I Just Don't Know You Yet”
British singer-songwriter Absolutely has released a new song “I Just Don't Know You Yet”.
The song received its first play during BBC Radio 1's Future Pop with Maia Beth.
The track is the follow-up to “Goodbye Glitter”, which was released back in June.
The song is accompanied a live video, which was filmed at The Brooklyn Paramount Theatre.
It was written by Jack Rochon, Abby-Lynn Keen, and Dave Hamelin, who also produced the track.
Absolutely told Maia Beth about the song, “I was in my room and I had it really heavy on my heart to pray for my future husband. And I had no idea who he was or why I was thinking that. But that topic was just really heavy in my heart. And the producer, Dave Hamelin, sent me this incredible instrumental. And I went in the studio, and I just poured out all of those emotions that I was feeling onto that song. And it came together really easily and really quickly. Then 'I Just Don't Know You Yet' was born.”- She added, “The crazy thing is I've met the man who I believe to be my future husband. He was going through a really hard time at that time, so it's mind blowing.”
