  • Archive Announces New Album “Glass Minds”, Shares New Song “Look At Us”

  • London-based trip hop band Archive, consisting of Darius Keeler (piano/keyboards), Danny Griffiths (keyboards), Dave Pen (vocals/guitar), Pollard Berrier (vocals/guitar), Lisa Mottram (vocals) and Jimmy Collins (vocals), has announced their 13th studio album “Glass Minds” will be released on February 27, 2026 via their own label Dangervisit.

The album their first project in four years since the 2022 triple-album “Call to Arms and Angels”.
From the album, the band released the first single “Look At Us” on September 10, 2025.
The track was written by Darius Keeler and Lisa Mottram. Produced by Archive and Jerome Devoise. The accompanying music video was directed by Maxim Kelly.

The band keyboard player Darius Keeler said of the song, “'Look At Us' is quite simply a banger! With ominous lyrics, which I interpret as a reflection on the truly distorted world we live in, I think it's one of our best singles to date.”

Director Maxim Kelly said of the video, “The video is a Southern Gothic piece designed to look as authentic as possible through black and white documentary-style cinematography. Since the song explores lies and deception, I wanted the medium itself to embody that theme by making viewers trust the familiar visual language of documentary photography creating a meta-commentary on deception where the medium literally becomes the message.”
  • The new album comprises 12 tracks, which the band recorded with long-term collaborator and producer Jerome Devoise at Metway Studios in Brighton and at Angel Studios in London.

Darius Keeler said of the album, “The album all started after we composed the song Patterns. We really loved the space and minimalistic power of the song, it reminded us of our debut album Londinium, and how we approached writing at that time – heavy rhythm with a melancholy that penetrates the soul. I was listening to Elgar's Nimrod a lot at the time we started writing the new album, and I wanted to use brass as an added dimension, bringing even more emotion to the songs. Our last album, Call to Arms & Angels was a pretty heavy record in retrospect, due to the whole Covid experience. This one feels like we're breaking out into a more expansive and uplifting dimension.”
