PUNCHBAG Releases New Song “I Love This!”
London-based pop-punk sibling duo PUNCHBAG, consisting of Clara Bach (vocals) and Anders Bach (guitar), released a new song “I Love This!” On July 24, 2025.
The song is the first music since their debut EP “I'm Not Your Punchbag”, which was released back in May.
The track captures what they describe as “the extreme sport of everyday life” and written in Berlin at 3am in a burst of chaotic energy.
It was written by Michelle Leonard, Clara Bach and Anders Bach. Produced by PUNCHBAG.
The band lead singer Clara Bach said of the song, “I guess you could see this song as an anti-depression anthem! You can hear the highest highs and the lowest lows - almost like it's soundtracking the extreme sport of everyday life. Because sometimes it really is an extreme sport, so the highs should be celebrated. Getting through a shit phase should be danced about! With synths, a dance tempo, and something to shout! All that positive stuff.”- The band shared on social media, “This song is low key an anti-depression anthem oooops !! Written with the amazing Michelle Leonard in berlin.
