maryjo & Mergui Team Up for New Song “LIVING ROOM”
American singer-songwriter maryjo joined forces with Los Angeles-based Israeli singer-songwriter Mergui to release a new song “LIVING ROOM” on August 22, 2025.
This marks the first collaboration between maryjo and Mergui.
Originally the song was written and recorded as a solo track by maryjo. This time, she recruited Mergui on the track, and transformed it into a powerful, emotionally charged ballad, together.
It was written by Kunfetti, Mary Jo Young, and Mike Fatkin. Produced by Mike Fatkin, and Logan Maggio.
The accompanying music video was directed by Camila Vidal.
For maryjo, the song is the follow-up to “Love A Good”, which was released back in May.
Meanwhile, for Mergui, the track is his first ever collaborative song.
maryjo and Mergui will perform the song at The Hotel Cafe in Los Angeles on August 28, 2025.- maryjo said of the song, “This song means more to me and Mergui than anything! We are so excited for you guys to listen, and we can’t thank you enough for being so patient. Enjoy!!”
