HAIM Releases New Song “Tie You Down” with Bon Iver
American pop rock band HAIM, consisting of Alana Haim (vocals/guitar), Danielle Haim (vocals/drums) and Este Haim (vocals/bass), has announced the deluxe edition of their fourth studio album “I quit” will be released on October 17, 2025.
The deluxe edition comprises 18 tracks, including the original 15 songs and three new songs: “Tie You Down”, “The Story Of Us”, and “Even The Bad Times”.
From the album, the band released “Tie You Down” on October 10, 2025.
On the track, they teamed up with American indie folk band Bon Iver.
This collaboration follows “If Only I Could Wait” featuring Danielle Haim, which was featured on Bon Iver's fifth studio album fifth studio album “SABLE, fABLE” released back in April. Also, Bon Iver's frontman Justin Vernon co-wrote “I quit” single “Everybody's Trying to Figure Me Out”.
The track was written by Alana Haim, Danielle Haim, Este Haim, Justin Vernon, and Rostam Batmanglij. Produced by Rostam Batmanglij, Danielle Haim, and Justin Vernon.- The band told Jack Saunders of BBC Radio 1 about working with Bon Iver's Justin Vernon, “We love the best. He's such a genius, and like to have him be a part of this album was such an honor. And we've been holding on to the song for so long. And we've been playing it to, like, our friends and family, and they're like, 'You need to put this out now.' And it's so amazing that it's now out in the world. You can listen to it. We've been really just happy that it's that's here for you, here for you all.”
