Zoe Wees Teams Up with Dean Lewis for New Song “Learn To Love”
German singer-songwriter Zoe Wees teamed up with Australian singer-songwriter Dean Lewis to release a new song “Learn To Love” on July 25, 2025.
This marks the first time Zoe Wees and Dean Lewis have worked together. But Zoe Wees supported Dean Lewis's European and UK tour in 2023.
For Zoe Wees, the song is the second collaborative single of 2025, following “Keep Your Lamp Trimmed and Burning” with Aaron Gilhuis, from the film “Queen of the Ring” soundtrack.
Meanwhile, Dean Lewis joined in the song after the release of the deluxe edition of his third studio album “The Epilogue”.
The track was written by Zoe Wees, Muntu, Klosely, René Miller and Dean Lewis. Produced by Klosely, Patrick Salmy, Ricardo Muñoz and Leon Milla.
Zoe Wees said of the song, “This song means more than we can put into words. It comes it from a place of pain, healing, and honesty. About what it feels like to try everything and still feel like it's not enough. Sometimes we hurt each other even when we don't mean to. And sometimes the hardest thing is learning how to love, the right way, starting with ourselves. If you're still learning to love, you're not alone. We're with you. sending you lots of love.”- Zoe Wees said of the collaboration with Dean Lewis, “This collaboration is a dream come true for me. There's been a deep mutual respect between us for years, he even covered my very first song, Control, early in my career, which I'll never forget. He's one of the most emotionally honest artists I've met, and being able to share such a personal song with him is a true honor.”
Dean Lewis added, “I've known about Zoe's exceptional voice for some time. She supported me in Germany a few years ago where we first connected, but I had been aware of her covers sometime before that.” - source : Apple Music
