The video was filmed in 17 different countries all on a mobile phone by their a lot of friends. Directed by breathe.
The duo share on YouTube channel, “The song was inspired by collaborators TC Alone (Canada) and Dylan Wright (Australia) who both have experienced the loss of a family member. As the pandemic worsened and borders closed, the reality of everyone's isolation became apparent, we realised that we were all separated by distance and circumstances from those we love. So, we asked friends and collaborators all around the world to help us bridge this isolation by filming precious moments on their phones. We asked them to capture the feeling of 'home' however that might look to them. ”
- The duo continued, “The resulting video is a series of glimpses into the lives of our friends from 17 countries worldwide. Through the simple lens of their phone camera, we're shown the people, places and experiences that make them feel safe and connected. We're so grateful to be able to share these moments with you here. We're all in this together and we're here for you. The video for 'Home' was shot in France, Canada, Venezuela, Australia, Italy, Germany, Sri-Lanka, India, Belarus, Ukraine, Belgium, Russia, Vietnam, Spain, Portugal, USA and the UK.”
