Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ New Hope Club Releases Official Song “Can't Lose This Fight” for “Ring of Fire: Tyson Fury vs Oleksandr Usyk”
British pop trio New Hope Club, consisting of Reece Bibby, Blake Richardson and George Smith, released a new song “Can't Lose This Fight” on April 12, 2024.
It is the official song for the “Ring of Fire”, the showdown between boxing's two greatest heavyweight World Champions Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk.
The fight for the title of undisputed world champion in the heavyweight division is scheduled for May 18 in Riyadh, the Saudi Arabian capital.
Also, the song is their first music in a year since the 2023 singles “Super Chic” with P1Harmony and “Just Don't Know It Yet”.
It was written by Marcus Lomax, and Demitri Lerios who also produced the track.
The trio said of the song, “If you had told us that three lads from small towns in England would be writing a song for the biggest fight in boxing history, we wouldn't have believed you. It's amazing to play a small role in such a major sporting event, especially with our national hero. We hope it hypes you up for the fight and looking forward to seeing what happens come May 18 in Riyadh.”- The trio shared on social media, “COur song 'Can't Lose This Fight', the official song for Tyson Fury vs Oleksandr Usyk is out now!!! We are very honoured to play a small roll in such a major sporting event! Thank you to everyone involved in the project. We hope the song hypes you up for the fight in Riyadh!”
