Australian singer-songwriter Tones And I released a new song “I Get High” on March 12, 2024.
The song is the second single off of her upcoming sophomore album, following the release of “Dreaming” back in February.
It was written and produced by Toni Watson, with production by Randy Belculfine.
Tones And I said of the song, “'I Get High' is about the nostalgia of growing up with friends. Sneaking out and enjoying our youth, looking back and reminiscing about the people that were and are in your life, that make you feel alive. There is magic in this song.”
The new album is expected to be released later this year. It is her first album in three years.- Recently, Tones And I made history as the 2019 single “Dance Monkey” surpassed 3 Billion streams on Spotify.
Tones And I became the first and only female artist to achieve that streaming milestone, and one of only eight artists ever to cross 3 billion streams with a single song on Spotify. -
