- American punk rock band Pulley, consisting of Scott Radinsky (vocals), Mike Harder (guitar), Trey Clinesmith (guitar), Tyler Rebbe (bass) and Sean Sellers (drums), announced their seventh studio album “The Golden Life” would be released on May 13, 2022 via SBÄM Records.
The album comprises 12-track. It is their first studio album in six years, and follows the 2021 EP “Different Strings”, as well as the 2021 live album “Encore”.
From the album, the band released the first single called “Golden Life”.
It was written by Scott Radinsky, Michael Harder, Trey Clinesmith, Sean Sellers and Tyler Rebbe .
The accompanying music video was animated by Roland Pilz.
Scott Radinsky said of the song, “Golden life. Observing a generation of kids who have seemingly been robbed of an experience. Life without ease of access to good, and/or bad. Much of what they have seen in the world has been negative, unimaginable terrorist acts, war and violence, a division of people. In regards to music, our generation really had to earn it if we wanted to get a proper listen or visual. Technology, although having its good aspects, has removed an experience that offered a deeper appreciation of life.”
