Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ PIXIES Premieres New Song “Human Crime” on BBC Radio 6
American alt-rock band PIXIES is back with a new song “Human Crime” alongside a music video on March 2, 2022.
The song is their first music since 2020 “Hear Me Out”. The track received its first play during BBC Radio 6.
The band recorded the song in Los Angeles in the fall of 2021. It was written by Charles Thompson and produced by Tom Dalgety.
The accompanying video was directed by the band bassist Paz Lenchantin. It was filmed around Los Angeles as the San Pedro abandoned bunkers and Santa Monica's Gold Diggers Bar.
Paz Lenchantin said, “The storyline is loosely based on an inside joke between Charles and me about going on tour. How we go through a door from our reality state into the altered state of becoming and being a Pixie.”- Photo by Travis Shinn
