Neck Deep Releases New Song “You Should See Me Now”
Welsh-based pop-punk band Neck Deep, consisting of Ben Barlow (lead vocals), Matt West (rhythm guitar), Sam Bowden (lead guitar), Seb Barlow (bass) and Matt Powles (drums), released a new song “You Should See Me Now” on May 21, 2025.
The song is their first music since the fifth self-titled album, which was released last January.
It was written by Ben Barlow, Matt Powles, Sam Bowden, and Sebastian Barlow. Produced by Will Yip.
The band frontman Ben Barlow said of the song, “'You Should See Me Now' is a song about hard work, self-belief, the struggle through adversity and proving people wrong. As a band we’ve always been pretty humble and shied away from too much self-aggrandisement, but this felt like a good way of showing a little pride, and hopefully people can relate to that too. It was a song we’ve had in the bank for a long time and really should’ve been on the album in the first place, so it’s nice to have such a strong bonus track to be featured on something cool to be announced soon.”- The band embarks on the US tour this fall. The tour kicks off at Myth Live in St. Paul, MN on September 9 and will conclude at Observatory Festival Grounds in Santa Ana, CA on Ootober 11, 2025.
