Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ Tinashe Performs at NPR Music Tiny Desk Concert
American singer-songwriter Tinashe appeared on NPR Music Tiny Desk Concert to perform “Treason”, “Unconditional”, “Touch & Go”, and “2 On”.
This marks the first time Tinashe has been the musical performer on Tiny Desk Concert.
Tinashe said, “I'm happy so thrilled to be here this is truly such an honor and a huge bucket list of mine, I'm so happy to check this one off, thank you so musch for having us, it's really really such a pleasure I'm going to perform a few songs today from a few of albums.”
“Treason” is featured on her sixth studio album “BB/Ang3l”, which was released last September.
This time, she plated a vibraphone live for the first time ever on the track.
“Unconditional” is included on the 2021 fifth studio “333”. She said, “We're going to start with another one of my favorites this one is called 'Unconditional'”
“Touch & Go” was released as the second single from the fourth studio album “Songs for You” in 2019. The original version featured American rapper 6LACK.
“2 On” is her debut song, which was released in 2014. The song featured American rapper ScHoolboy Q.
