American singer-songwriter Halsey appeared on The Today Show on June 9, where she performed "Now or Never", "Castle", "Colors" and "Strangers", which featuring Lauren Jauregui of Fifth Harmony. It's part of the summer Citi Concert Series.
"Now or Never" and "Strangers" are included her latest album "Hopeless Fountain Kingdom", which was released on June 2, 2017.
"Now or Never" is inspired by Baz Luhrmann's 1996 film "Romeo + Juliet". The muisc video was directed by Halsey her self. The song sits at number 26 on the US Billboard Hot 100 now.
"Strangers" supports the LGBT community, and collaborated with Fifth Harmony's member Lauren Jauregui, who recently came out as bisexual. The song was released on May 26 as the second promotional single.
"Colors" and "Castle" are included on her debut album "Badlands". "Colors" was released in February 2016, MTV television series Teen Wolf star Tyler Posey joined in the music video.
"Castle" is theme song to the 2016 film "The Huntsman: Winter's War" and re-recorded for the soundtrack. Also, the album version of "Castle" was featured in TV shows The Royals, iZombie and The Originals.- source : The Today Show
