American singer-songwriter Olivia Rodrigo released a new music video for “obsessed” directed by Mitch Ryan on March 22, 2024.
The song is featured on the vinyl record of her sophomore album, and is also included on the deluxe edition of the second album, “GUTS (spilled)”, which was released on the same day.
She first performed the song during North American leg of her “Guts” world tour.
She co-wrote the song with Annie Clark, aka St. Vincen, and longtime collaborator Dan Nigro, who also produced the track.
The deluxe edition of the album comprises a 17-track, including the original 12 songs, 3 songs from vinyl records and one new song “So American”.
