Irish singer-songwriter Cian Ducrot released the first single of 2024 called “Here It Is” on April 19, 2024.
The song follows up the collaborative song “Rest Of Our Days” with British singer-songwriter Ella Henderson, which was released last October.
Also, it is his first music since the 2023 debut album “Victory”.
He teased the song on social media, where it received over 3.6 million views.
The track expresses the hurt and heartbreak that comes when you realize that a precious love is coming to an end.
It was written and produce by Cian Ducrot, with production by Tristan Salvati.
Cian Ducrot said of the song, “'Here It Is' is a song I wrote about the aftermath of something tragic tearing a relationship apart. Sometimes something happens and no matter how hard the two people try to heal and make things better it's not enough and they begin to fall apart.”
He added, “I knew as soon as I wrote this song I needed to put it out before I release my next project. I've never written a song that has touched my heart so much and I hope this track can do the same for anyone who needs it.”- He shared on social media, “This song came to me late one evening in the studio after a long day of writing a load of shit, and trying to rip off a Kodaline song lol. I gave up on that and sat at the piano and somehow this fell out just before leaving the studio. Everything about it spoke to me like no song ever has before. It's painful but beautiful at the same time and captures emotions I've never quite understood.”

Cian Ducrot embarks on his headline summer tour including some festivals. The tour kicks off at In It Together Festival in Port Talbot on May 25, 2024 and will conclude at Rock 'n' Roll Circus in Sheffield on August 30, 2024.
