American alt-tock duo Pleaser, consisting of Collin Bennett (vocals/rhythm guitar) and Graham Dickson (lead guitar/vocals), has announced their debut album “Read The Room” will be released on May 3, 2024.
From the album, the duo released the first single called “Always Lookin In” on March 22, 2024.
The track was written by Collin Bennett and Graham Dickson.
The accompanying music video was directed by Austin Ozier.
The duo said of the song, “We really stepped out of our established sound for this song because the whole meaning behind 'Always Lookin In' is about finding where you belong and searching for new experiences. It's all about feeling stuck on the outside of somewhere you want to be, but maybe you're just not meant for that, so screw it. Find a new place where you're meant to be.”- The duo shared on social media, “This song is about feeling misunderstood in your environment and searching for your place of belonging. We wore our influences on our sleeves for this one and we're very excited for you to hear it. Let's make this the best Pleaser release yet, because there is a lot more on the way.”
