Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ HUNNI Releases Debut Song “Heartbeat”
The Voice UK winner British pop duo Jen & Liv, consisting of Jenna Cole and Olivia Irvin, released their debut song “Heartbeat” as HUNNI on April 19, 2024.
Jen & Liv participated in the twelfth series of The Voice UK in 2023 and won.
After winning the series, the duo's winning single “I'm Every Woman” was released last December.
Back in February, the duo signed to Universal Music Group and changed their name to HUNNI.
The track was written by Jenna Wheatman, Matt Wills, Olivia Irvin, and Taet Chesterton. Produced by Matt Wills.
The accompanying music video was directed by j6films and Mark Lediard.
The duo said of the song, “Words can’t explain how excited we are to release ‘Heartbeat’, and for the world to see (and hear!) what we’ve been working on behind the scenes. The song means so much to us both - we hope everyone loves it just as much as we do! We’ve been itching to release original music for so long now and have never felt more ready. It means the world to us that we’re finally able to show our incredible fans who Hunni are.”- They shared on spcial media, “So much love, time and energy has gone into this track. The past year has been such a rollercoaster, working with so many talented collaborators, finding our sound, and discovering HUNNI. We are so proud of ‘Heartbeat’, and we hope you love it as much as we do.”
