Last month, American country rock band Wayland, consisting of Mitch Arnold (vocals/guitar) and Phill Vilenski (guitar), released their third studio album “On the Way”.
The album comprises a 14-track, but a new song “Kamikaze” was not included on streaming platforms.
“Kamikaze” was available on physical copies such as CDs and vinyl records during the initial release month.
The finally, the band released the song via all streaming platforms on April 12, 2024.
The song serves as a powerful tribute to our veterans and everyday heroes.
The lyrics and soul-stirring melodies make it an anthem honoring the unwavering courage and sacrifices made by our brave servicemen and women, as well as all individuals who put their lives on the line daily.
The song was born in the duo's home studio nestled amidst the tranquil landscapes of Joshua Tree, California.
It was written by Mitch Arnold, and Phill Vilenski who also produced the track.- The band said of the song, Until today, “'Kamikaze' was only available on physical copies of our record, 'On The Way' as a reminder of the physical sacrifices the men and women of our military face every single day. This song is for all of those fighting tirelessly for our freedom. 'Kamikaze' is now streaming everywhere.”
