  • Plush Drops New Music Video for “Find The Beautiful”

  • American all-female rock band Plush, consisting of Moriah Formica (vocals/guitar), Brooke Colucci (drums), Ashley Suppa (bass) ans Bella Perron (guitar), has dropped a new music video for “Find The Beautiful”.

The video was directed by Matthew Breiter, featuring their live performances during their tour with American heavy metal band Disturbed.
The song is the title track of their latest EP “Find The Beautiful”, which was released back in January.
It was written by Maria Sommer, Matthew Anthony, Moriah Formica, and Nina Ossoff. Produced by Johnny K, Nina Ossoff, Maria Sommer, and Matthew Anthony.

The band said of the video, “The video for our EP title track “Find The Beautiful” is out. This video was shot by our tour photographer/videographer Matthew Breiter while we were on out with Disturbed.”
  • The new EP is their first project in three years since the 2021 self-titled debut album and comprises a 6-track, including a cover of American rock band Heart's “Barracuda”.
The band recorded the EP with producer Johnny K in Nashville.

The band lead singer Moriah Formica said of the EP, “It's been a little over 2 years since our debut album came out. I wrote a lot of the material on the last album when I was 16, and I think we all felt ready to mature in our sound. So we've really been taking our time to just follow our creativity and create the next chapter of Plush music.”

She continued, “Our new EP Find The Beautiful, is a hard-hitting blend of rock music with heavy messages and electronic elements. We are so proud of this EP and hope you feel the passion in each song. Thank you so much for listening!”

  • The band explained about some tracks for the EP.

    “Barracuda”
“We wanted to pay homage to Heart because they've inspired so many generations of musicians, and I've always looked up to Ann as a vocal legend. As a band, our goal was to keep the song as close to the original as possible to keep the elements that everyone knows and loves, while also adding just the right amount of Plushto bring in our own style.”

    “Left Behind”
“'Left Behind' is for anyone who's felt marginalized or misunderstood. Anyone can take it and apply it to their own lives and take whatever meaning stands out to them. It's really a song for anyone who's felt marginalized or misunderstood, like a misfit. That was all of us girls in high school and middle school; the kids who were alone or misunderstood. It's also a metaphor for rock music, I think. Obviously, the last 10 years, it's been very on the back burner, not really out there. It's been kind of sort of left behind in a way. However, the rock community is still loud and proud and it's going never away - ever.”
