Paperwhite Announces New EP “Reach”, Shares New Song “This Feeling”
New York-based synth-pop duo Paperwhite, consisting of Benjamin Marshall and Katelyn Marshall, has announced their upcoming EP “Reach” will be released on June 27, 2025.
This marks their first EP in nine years since the 2016 EP “Escape”.
From the EP, the duo released a new song “This Feeling” on May 30, 2025.
The song is the third single off of the EP, following “Unfold” and “By Your Side”.
The track is a shimmering synth-pop track that blends lush, layered production with moments of quiet spaciousness.
At its core, the song is a reflection on uncertainty and inner resilience.
It was written and produced by Paperwhite.
The duo said of the song, “We all have those moments where the world feels unrecognizable and we're not sure what's coming next. But there's something inside of us that tells us to keep moving forward. Ultimately, 'This Feeling' is about trusting the voice inside that knows that there is still magic in the world.”- They shared on social media, “This song came out of a place of longing for more. Wanting to feel the magic again and remembering that it's always been there. We hope you feel it too.”
The new EP comprises 5 tracks, produced by Paperwhite. It stays true to their dreamy, synth-driven roots while weaving in organic textures and cinematic depth. Grounded in themes of self-discovery, perseverance, and quiet wonder. -
