  • Adult Leisure Announces Debut Album “The Things You Don't Know Yet”, Shares New Song “See Her”

  • Bristol-based alt-rock band Adult Leisure, consisting of Neil Scott (vocals), David Woolford (guitar), Luke Denham (bass) and Nathan Searle (drums), has announced their upcoming debut album “The Things You Don't Know Yet” will be released on October 10, 2025.

From the album, the band released a new song “See Her” on May 9, 2025.
The song is the fourth single off of the album, following “Dancing Don't Feel Right”, “Kiss Me Like You Miss Her”, and “Borderline”.
This time, the band collaborated with saxophone player John Waugh, who is known as a long-time collaborator for The 1975 and Sam Fender.
The track offers a sarcastic take on the breakdown of a relationship and the biting realisation that you're happier now that it's over.
It was written by David Woolford, John Waugh, Luke Denham, Nathan Searle, and Neil Scott. Produced by Ollie Searle.
  • The band lead singer Neil Scott said of the song, “We wrote 'See Her' towards the end of 2023. In its full form, almost two years later, it's developed into a song unapologetically soaked in pop, yet true to who we are and the stories we want to tell. Lyrically, 'See Her' offers a sarcastic take on the breakdown of a relationship. Far from doom and gloom or sorrow, it's about that feeling you get when you realise just how much better off you are now that it's over.”

He continued, “The song features the incredible John Waugh (The 1975, Sam Fender) on saxophone. When we found out that he was interested in joining the project, we were over the moon - he adds the perfect bit of spice this tune has been waiting for since its inception. This song means everything to us, and we cannot wait for people to hear it and sing their lungs out to it.”

  • The band said of the album, “These last 10 months since we started making this record has saw alot of change. However, the heart of this record is the four of us best friends pouring our hearts into what we love doing. Pouring out of the album are stories of love, of loss, stories mortality and nostalgia and in the end, after much thought, the title of our debut record could only be 'The Things You Don't Know Yet' - a play on the title of our debut single from 2022 and a fitting representation of where we've come from to where we are now. We're super proud of this record, and we cannot wait for you to finally hear it.”
