Morgan Wade Announces New Album “The Party Is Over (recovered)”, Shares New Song “The Party Is Over”
American country music singer-songwriter Morgan Wade has announced her upcoming fourth studio album “The Party Is Over (recovered)” will be released on August 1, 2025 via Sony Music Nashville.
The album comprises 11 tracks, produced by her band leader and guitarist Clint Wells.
A handful of the songs that date back to before Morgan Wade signed her major-label deal and have been “recovered” here with all-new versions.
From the album, she released the title track “The Party Is Over” on May 28, 2025.
The song is the second single off the album, following “East Coast” released back in March.
The track explores her lingering feelings in the aftermath of a relationship.
It was written by Morgan Wade and produced by Clint Wells.- Morgan Wade said of the album, “A lot of you have been here for a long time listening and supporting me. That means some of you were here before I ever put out my debut record. You heard songs that were demos and early recordings that no longer exist. I wanted to put these songs back into the world and give them life again. Showcase that chapter of my life, and throw in some new songs too. While these songs might be new to a lot of you, they are old friends to some of you - definitely old friends to me. Hope you enjoy and thanks for everything.”
