Dynasty Releases Debut Song “Hope”
Hamilton-based synth-pop duo Dynasty, consisting of Jenni Dreager (vocals) and Roman Marcone (producer), released their debut song “Hope” on May 14, 2025.
The song captures the cycles of self-doubt and the quiet, persistent will to overcome, with glimmering 80s-inspired textures, spacious production, and a deeply introspective core.
It was written by Jenni Dreager, and Michael R Marcone. Produced by Dynasty, Danny Smart, Jenni Dreager, and Roman Marcone.
The band producer Roman Marcone added, “This song came from a place of struggle, but also of resilience. Even in our darkest moments, there’s always a chance to break free - and that’s what hope is.”- Lead singer Jenni Dreager said of the song, “We both come from pretty eclectic musical backgrounds. At the time of our first session, we had both expressed interest in exploring something new, but didn’t know what. We ended up meeting for a no-pressure writing session just to see what would happen - and the songs started pouring out. It felt easy, natural, and electric! What we thought was just going to be more of a creative exercise turned into something exciting that also feels like perfect timing for both of us, creatively.”
