  • Wisp Releases New Song “Save me now”

  • San Francisco-based shoegaze singer-songwriter Wisp released a new song “Save me now” on June 6, 2025.

The song received its first play during BBC Radio 1's Future Artists with Sian Eleri.
The track is the third single of 2025, following “Sword” and “Get back to me”.
It was written by Ajay Bhattacharyya, Colin Brittain, Michael Montoya, and Natalie R Lu. Produced by Stint, Colin Brittain.

Wisp said of the song, “'Save me now' represents the desperation for attention, sometimes mistaken as love, when you are in a lonely and vulnerable place. It’s about being infatuated with the idea of a savior that blindly leads you to making sacrifices on your wellbeing.”
  • She is currently working on her upcoming debut album.
Wisp told Alternative Press about the album in an interview, “It’s definitely a very hard challenge going from writing singles to making a cohesive album just because the songs have to make sense together, and I want my album to tell a story. I’m sticking to the ethereal, fairy tale-esque stuff [that] circulates around Greek mythology, the mermaids and the angels, and I really want to incorporate more mystical creatures into my music, which will be fun to experiment with.”
