Dylan Returns With New Song “Bad”
London-based singer-songwriter Dylan returned with a new song “Bad” on June 18, 2025.
The song is her first music in a year since “Perfect Revenge”, which was released last June.
The track is featured on Amazon Prime series “We Were Liars” soundtrack.
It was written by Amy Allen, Natasha Woods, and Greg Kurstin, who also produced the track.
The accompanying music video was directed by Charlie Sarsfield.
Dylan said of the song, “I wrote ‘Bad’ whilst in the middle of tour with Ed (Sheeran) in America. We had a few days between shows, so I headed over to LA to work with the amazing Amy Allen and Greg Kurstin. I was being messed about in my love life and stupidly I wasn’t doing anything about it. This song was to scratch the itch of wanting the tables to turn. Luckily, they’ve now done just that. A song for anyone that wants to take their power back.”- She shared on social media, “Head over heels to be saying that. It’s been a tough couple of years and I was terrified it wouldn’t find its way into the world. Luckily We Were Liars picked it up and HERE WE ARE. (Thanks Amazon Prime love u) I love this song, and I’m so happy to be back as the artist I have been fighting for. thank you for your patience, I really loooove you. I wrote this song with the absolute dream team that is Amy Allen & Greg Kurstin. love you both endlessly.”
She continued, “And Music Video out at 1:30pm TODAY! Made with the best crew I’ve had the pleasure of working with, who I will name and fame later this evening, but biggest shout out to Charlie Sarsfield for letting me whine in his ear for the last 2 years about the visuals I’ve wanted to make. and then bringing that to life with a weeks notice. We’re so BACK BABY!” -
