Clinton Kane Releases New Song “HEARTBEAT FOR A HOME” featuring Elina
Australian singer-songwriter Clinton Kane released his brand new single “HEARTBEAT FOR A HOME” on June 6, 2025.
He wrote the song in 2020, but didn't release it. This time, he teamed up with Swedish singer-songwriter Elina to complete it.
The track was written by Clinton Kane, Elina Stridh, Kevin Farzad, and Tom Martin. Produced by Clinton Kane
Clinton Kane said of the song, “Wrote 'HEARTBEAT FOR A HOME' in 2020 and after a while this song made me anxious and it felt a bit odd to put out because looking back at it, the love that I wrote this about wasn't as real as I thought it was but having Elina with me on this has helped me see through all the anxiety and the overwhelming feelings with this one and it's really lovely to finally put this out with a new understanding of it all.”
He continued, “It's about the first time I ever felt like I was in love. But it wasn't just a love song. It was a fully forbidden love-very complicated. My hormones were at an all-time high, and I was feeling so much. I picked up the guitar, wrote it, and it was done in 20 minutes.”- He added, “In 2019 when I wrote my first song ever and posted it on youtube I found Elina on a random ass playlist on Spotify during a 19 hour flight to New York and I cried my eyes out to 4 of her songs for 2 hours and binged listened to all of her songs the rest of the flight. she was the first artist who had made me feel anything outside of christian music and Louis Armstrong and I will forever be in awe of her. She is insanely talented and I'm so happy she's on this song with me.”

Last year, Clinton Kane left Columbia Records and stated as an independent artist. He is now fully immersed in the production process, shaping every detail of his sonic vision from the ground up.
