Dailla Releases New Song “Garden”
Czech alt-pop 20-year-old singer-songwriter Dailla released her brand new single “Garden” on May 9, 2025.
The song will appear on her upcoming debut EP, which is expected to be released in 2025.
The track captures the bittersweet intensity of giving yourself fully to someone, with metaphors that resonate deeply and universally, blending soft piano, expressive strings, and ethereal natural soundscapes.
It was written by Daniela Majerová and Marcel Prochazka. Produced by Marcell, who also produced her previous songs “River Flow” and “Cupid”.
Dailla said of the song, “Still can't believe Natalia Jagelska, Sylva Majerova and I made the visuals in our living room. The music production Marcell did - with those subtle bird sounds tucked in - makes this one of my favorite projects we've worked on together. Couldn't be prouder of this one.”- As a psychology student, Dailla draws inspiration from the complexities of human connection, often exploring themes of love, confusion, and the quiet frustration of living in a society that asks individuals to conform.
Since early 2024, she's been collaborating with producer-singer Marcell, and together, they're working on her upcoming EP. Her songs are mostly about life, love, and feelings she's experienced herself or observed around her.
Dailla said, “I can become bolder, louder, and a little more out of line on stage. It's my way of going against society's pressure to be perfect at all times.” -
