Krewella Returns With New Song “Crying On The Dancefloor”
Los Angeles-based EDM duo Krewella, consisting of Jahan Yousaf and Yasmine Yousaf, returned with a new song “Crying On The Dancefloor” on June 9, 2025.
This marks their first music in three years since the 2022 album “The Body Never Lies”.
The song is a celebration of a significant moment, the day the duo decided to go all-in on music: June 8, 2010.
The track was written and produced by Cody Tarpley, Jahan Yousaf, and Yasmine Yousaf.
Krewella said of the song, “It's been 15 years since 6/8/10, the day we decided to go all-in with music. Since then, we've taken many breaks, side-quests, & inner journeys. Despite the uncertainty in those times, they always seem to lead us back to creating together- with even more love for music. And we can't wait to share the product of our joy with you.
