Kesha Releases New Song “BOY CRAZY.”
American singer-songwriter Kesha released a new song “BOY CRAZY.” on May 16, 2025.
The song is the fourth single off of her upcoming sixth studio album “. (PERIOD)”, following “YIPPEE-KI-YAY.” featuring T-Pain, “DELUSIONAL.” and “JOYRIDE.”.
The new album is set to be released on July 4, 2025 via her own label Kesha Records.
The hyperpop track is themes about obsession and desire.
It was written by Kesha Sebert and Madison LoveZhone. Produced by Kesha and Zhone.
The new album comprises 11 tracks, produced by Jonathan Wilson, Kesha, Morten “Rissi” Ristorp, NOVA WAV, Pink Slip and Zhone.
It is her first album in two years since the 2023 album “Gag Order” and is first release as an independent artist.- Kesha told People about the album, “This record really is the first time that I have no one's claws in my back. It's an album showcasing all the different sides of me, from psychosis sex demon to really vulnerable, confessional songs. I think the throughline, although the songs are all showcasing different sides of me, is empowered and free, liberated phonically and liberated creatively. I'm liberated sexually, and I'm just really fucking devouring life right now, and it feels so good to be able to do that as a free woman, for the first time in my life. It really feels like my first record.”
