Dublin-Berlin based singer-songwriter Laura Alden released a new song “If It Is Love” on April 5, 2024.
The song will appear on her upcoming debut EP “Homebody”, which is expected to be released in spring 2024.
The EP tells first-hand stories of coming of age, growing up slowly in a fast moving world as she says goodbye to outdated versions of herself.
The track was written by Laura Alden and Michael Geldreich. Produced by Paul Jenkinson.
The accompanying music video was directed by Melinda Dela Costa.
Laura Alden said of the song, “I wrote the song after saying goodbye to the love of my life. I really think this is one of the best songs I’ve written so far and it’s taken ten years to feel this way about my songwriting.
