Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter Eric Dash released a new song “Learn From Last Time” on March 22, 2024.
The song is taken from his upcoming debut album “Bystander”, which is expected to be released in 2024.
Initially, the debut album was supposed to be released last September, but pushed back to 2024.
The new track was written and produced by Eric Dash, with production by Patrick Taylor.
Eric Dash said of the song, “I used to write songs without worrying about what others think. However, there was a brief period that that changed, and frankly I was just lost in a pop world, doing unpop things, trying to make it pop. “Learn From Last Time” was one of the songs that brought me back to being me and I will love it forever. It tells a true story and unfortunately, I relived that story recently with someone new. Listen to the lyrics. Sometimes I feel like I’m living in a loop - and the 'Learn From Last Time' loop is a grueling one at that. I have faith that I’ll get out of it soon, but for everyone that’s in it, you’re not alone.”- There is much more coming from Eric Dash, including records for other artists as well as a new pop project for himself called “LOLA” in honor of his dog that he loved.
