Belgian singer-songwriter BIRTHE released the second single called “Boy Bye” on March 28, 2024.
The song follows up the debut song “Memories”, which was released last September.
Both songs will appear on her upcoming debut album, which is expected to be released in 2025.
The track is about infidelity in a relationship and is written from the perspective of the one being cheated on.
But the song not only draws attention to the melancholy or other unpleasant feelings that accompany it but rather, it touches on daring to walk away from a circumstance like this and realising your own value.
The track was written by Birthe De Zutter and Luis Oscar Santos, produced by OSKI.
