American singer-songwriter Alec Benjamin released a new song “King Size Bed” on March 22, 2024.
The song is the follow-up to “Pick Me”, which was released back in Janaury.
This time, the track features rhythmic pop sound unlike the previous songs after the release of the 2022 album “(Un)Commentary”.
It was written by Alec Benjamin, Elvira Anderfjärd, Luka Kloser, and Oscar Görres, who also produced the track.
The song depicts the struggle of reconciling a failed relationship.
Alec Benjamin sings, “Bought a king size bed when I lost my queen / Thinkin' maybe then she'll come back to me, but / I'm here by myself instead / Lookin' stupid in my king size bed / She's in my head and she's in my dreams”- Alec Benjamin will appear on Mad Cool Festival in Madrid to perform on July 12, 2024.
In addition to Alec Benjamin, Måneskin, Rema, Sum 41, Jessie Ware, Black Pumas, Tom Morello, The Breeders and more will perform on the same day.
