American singer-songwriter Dylan Conrique released the first single of 2024 called “last one to love me” on March 15, 2024.
The song is the follow-up to “Never Change”, which was released last December.
The track features rhythmic '80s pop sound unlike the previous emotional ballad.
It was written by Alma Goodman, Brooke Tomlinson, and Jackson Foote, who also produced the track.
The accompanying music video was directed by Rachel Hicks.
Dylan Conrique said of the song, “My new song 'last one to love me' is a whole new era for me. It's a song about when you've gone through heartbreak but you're finally healing and moving on, knowing that 'heartbreaks come, and heartbreaks go' but that there will be many people who love you throughout your life. It's definitely a 'blast it with the windows down' type of song that makes me feel free.
